Culley C. Carson IV
Culley C. Carson IV is the founding Member of Carson Law. After graduating from law school, Culley served as a Law Clerk to Judge Toby Prodgers in the State Court of Cobb County in Marietta, Georgia. Culley went on to practice law with a regional law firm in Atlanta, Georgia where he was outside general counsel to a New York based pharmaceutical education non-profit organization and represented clients in all phases of litigation. Culley also practiced with Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, an AM LAW 100 law firm based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina with over 500 attorneys. During his tenure at Womble Carlyle, Culley was a lawyer in the Construction and Intellectual Property Practice Groups.
In addition to substantial experience with a medium and large law firm, Culley served as Legal Counsel to Bovis Lend Lease Holdings, Inc., an international construction and development company based in Sydney, Australia. Most recently, Culley served as General Counsel to AstroTurf, LLC, an iconic and industry leading manufacturer and installer of synthetic turf.
After working for leading law firms and several industry leading companies, Culley founded Carson Law to provide exceptional service to business clients who seek sophisticated legal services at reasonable rates. Carson Law understands the need for businesses to contain costs and keep their outside legal fees contained and within existing budgetary allocations. To meet this need, Carson Law offers its clients hourly and creative fixed fee arrangements to meet each client’s unique need for legal services.
